UNIKA was founded in 1985 by Mr. K.C.HWA who is an audio engineer. At that time, it was the heyday of Taiwan’s electronics industry. Mr. HWA saw that most of the professional audio R&D and OEM were controlled by Japan and South Korea. It is believed that Taiwan which is among the world’s top electronic R&D and manufacturing base, should have the commitment of manufacturers to compete with Japan and South Korea.
